For Stacey Romm, real estate has always been a family tradition. Her mother was a longtime REALTOR® in Northern Virginia, and watching her career inspired Stacey to begin her own real estate journey in 2004. After building her career in Arlington, Virginia, Stacey spent several years in Idaho helping care for her aging parents before making Sarasota her permanent home in June 2026. Today, she lives in White Sands Village on Siesta Key, where she has owned a home for three years.
Stacey brings a unique perspective to real estate, shaped by both her experience in the industry and her previous career in the building products business. Her work with Kohler and Grohe gave her valuable knowledge of plumbing fixtures, construction, home inspections and the details that go into a home. That experience has become an important asset when helping buyers and sellers navigate the complexities of a real estate transaction.
Known by her family as the “get-it-done girl,” Stacey is a natural problem solver who takes pride in finding solutions and making things happen. She approaches every transaction with honesty, integrity and a strong work ethic, while making communication and client education a priority. Stacey believes that buying or selling a home should never feel like something a client has to navigate alone. She takes the time to explain each step, answer questions and make sure her clients feel informed and comfortable throughout the process.
Her greatest reward comes from the relationships she builds along the way. Stacey considers becoming friends with her clients and earning their referrals to be among the most meaningful parts of her career. When past clients trust her enough to refer their grown children, she says it is “the best feeling in the world.”
Stacey grew up in a military family and carries forward the values of service and responsibility instilled by her parents. She attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. She is also involved with Go Team Therapy Dogs, volunteering alongside her therapy dog, Teddy, to bring comfort and joy to hospitals, schools, assisted living communities and memory care residents. Teddy and her other dog, Ruby, are an important part of her life outside of real estate.
Stacey loves the combination of natural beauty and culture that makes Sarasota and Siesta Key such special places to call home. From the beaches to the arts and live music, she appreciates the many ways the Suncoast offers something for everyone.
